I am building an inbound receptionist for an HVAC company that answers any questions, books appointment, creates contacts etc for a business that has 30 technicians so it is quite large. And I have currently made a retell conversational flow agent and the latency is quite high and i find there to be quite a bit of bugs. So my question is: 1: Should I use conversational flow or single prompt? 1. What platform is better vapi or retell? Thanks

I am hoping you can please help me to figure out a way to search a contact using the contact address in GHL using n8n. Currently its not working as it says you can searhc with email, name and phone number, but it needs to be an address. Please help. Thanks

Hey everyone, I am having lots of trouble with voiceflow currentlly, which is mainly that my bot keeps outputting messages that are way to long even though i have prompted it to be concise and keep answers short, and also given the bot a limit of 200 tokens but it results in the repsonse being cut off in the middle.
