Hey everyone, I’ve got 2 questions if you guys don’t mind asking.
I am building an inbound receptionist for an HVAC company that answers any questions, books appointment, creates contacts etc for a business that has 30 technicians so it is quite large. And I have currently made a retell conversational flow agent and the latency is quite high and i find there to be quite a bit of bugs. So my question is:
1: Should I use conversational flow or single prompt?
- What platform is better vapi or retell?
