Grounded & Encouraging
This Christmas, may you give yourself permission to pause. You’ve built, stretched, risked, and carried more than most will ever see. Let joy be your productivity today. Let rest be your strategy. May calm meet you where hustle once lived, and may peace replenish your vision for the year ahead. You are not behind—you are becoming. Enjoy Your Holiday!

@Marek Rabcan for sure, we are all in progress. :)
Joy without Optimazation
Christmas Eve is a reminder that joy doesn’t always come from progress or achievement—it comes from presence. It’s found in pausing the chase, setting the future down for a night, and allowing yourself to be exactly where you are. This moment doesn’t need to be optimized or improved; it just needs to be felt. That, too, is part of building a meaningful life and business. Enjoy the moment my fellow entrepreneurs!

@Dorothy Zelent I truly understand. That makes so much sense. When you’re caring for children, holding a demanding job, and managing everyone else’s lives, your nervous system doesn’t get many chances to stand down. Living in constant responsibility trains your body to stay “on” all the time. So it’s not that you’ve failed to feel calm — your system has been protecting you. And when someone hasn’t felt calm in years, it doesn’t mean calm is gone forever. It just means calm hasn’t felt safe or accessible yet. The beautiful thing is this: Calm doesn’t require a new life or fewer responsibilities. It starts with helping your nervous system remember that it doesn’t have to do everything all at once. In my work, we don’t try to force calm or take away your strength. We gently create moments where your body can: exhale soften stop bracing Over time, those moments grow. Calm becomes familiar again. And from that place, feeling “in control” doesn’t mean managing everything — it means feeling steady inside yourself, even when life is full. You’re not broken. You’re tired. And calm is something that can be rebuilt an ounce at a time. :)
Designing Your Attractive Character (by Russell Brunson)
This was from a private training I did with my Inner Circle a few years ago. The video and training never was seen after that by anyone, and I found it this week and thought that it would benefit a lot of you who are struggling to figure out how to design yourself as a character. Stephanie Dove Blake was on the original training, and afterwards dropped her takeaways (which are a pretty amazing summary of the video) - so here you go! ==== SO many incredible golden nuggets in this @Russell Brunson! Thank you! 👏 I thought I’d share my takeaways… 👉 The value of education & info you provide will keep a customer for a few years… but the value a relationship with YOU will keep a customer for LIFE. 👉 The majority of ones expertise is disseminated in the first year of a customer’s entry into your world…you can’t keep dispensing brand NEW info for the rest of your life… train on one thing in many ways. 👉 Business isn’t about core info - it’s about characters. 👉 We’re not in the info business, we’re in the RELATIONSHIP business. 👉 Those who WIN at business realize that: Your business isn’t the products you create — your business is your HERD/TRIBE/PEOPLE. They are the only business ASSET. 👉 Know your market and make sure you have “Message to Market Match” 🤩 Good, Fan-worthy Characters: 😍 - Can’t be boring - Have an origin story - Have a back story (what they did before) - Have parables  - Have experienced miracles - Have “insider” language  - Have a measure of likability  - They do likable things. (This is why comics aren’t about the villains.) - Are good at what they do - Have overcome adversity  - Are emotionally complex - Experience substantial change - Show their flaws - Have a position - Have a philosophy  - Shows courage that others want to emulate - Share their likes/dislikes - Share their failures as well as their failures - Share their beliefs - Share their pathological behaviors  - Share their incompetencies - Share their religion/belief system - Share their significant life events - Share their envy/desire

People don’t hire you for perfection—they hire you for relatability. When emotional connection, trust, and shared values come first, the decision feels safe. That same relationship is what keeps them—not the strategy, not the credentials, but the bond you build along the way. That part!!! Great take away for me.

@Amy Porterfield Real builds relationships. Relationships builds longevity.
If you’re always busy, you’re probably avoiding something!
If Planning Still Feels Safer Than Clarity, Read This: Let’s be direct. If you’re still looking for the right strategy, the right framework, the next plan that will finally work, this is about you. Most people aren’t stuck because they lack skill or intelligence. They’re stuck because they don’t know who they are, who they serve, or why they’re doing any of this at all. That is the real enemy. Not the market. Not the algorithm. Not the tools. An unclear identity creates unclear direction. Unclear direction turns planning into a hiding place. That’s the "BLUE PILL". It lets you stay busy. It lets you feel productive. It lets you avoid the only questions that actually matter. The "RED PILL" is not curiosity. It’s loss. It destroys the version of you that felt productive but never moved. It kills borrowed identities, fake momentum, and goals that were never yours. Clarity doesn’t add comfort. It removes excuses. And most people don’t avoid clarity because it’s hard, they avoid it because it ends the lie they’ve been living. I’m preparing a private space for people who are done confusing motion with direction and are willing to confront who they are, who they serve, and why — before building anything else. No tactics. No hacks. No noise. This space will open in the new year. If this post irritates you, challenges you, or makes you want to argue — good. Clarity doesn’t offend the clear. It only threatens those who don’t have it.
If you’re always busy, you’re probably avoiding something!

I agree. Constant busyness is often just a socially acceptable way to avoid the truth. Planning, tweaking, and optimizing can feel safe because they delay the moment when you have to decide who you are and what actually matters.
