@Debbie Moylan Chocolate Chia Pudding 🍫 (Rich, smooth, and ready in the fridge) Ingredients • 2 cups milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, dairy—whatever you like) • ½ cup chia seeds • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 3–4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste) • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • Pinch of salt • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons Greek yogurt for extra creaminess Method 1. Blend the base Mix the milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until the cocoa fully dissolves. Tip: If you want ultra-smooth pudding, blend everything except the chia seeds first. 2. Add chia seeds Stir them in thoroughly. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again so they don’t clump. 3. Chill Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. It thickens beautifully. 4. Adjust texture If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk. Too thin? Stir in another tablespoon of chia and give it 20 minutes. Toppings (choose your adventure) • Fresh berries • Shaved dark chocolate • Coconut flakes • Peanut butter drizzle • Banana slices • A sprinkle of sea salt (trust me) If you want, I can tailor this to your favorite flavors—mint chocolate, mocha, spicy Mexican chocolate, or even a protein-boosted version.
Happy New Year
I decided on Thursday that I would write a new year song and dedicate it to everyone who is taking part in the 6 week food cleanse challenge. Took me a couple days to complete it. It doesn’t matter if we’ve failed in the past. Every day is a new day and the first day of the rest of our lives.

First Day - Week 3
I went out with a bang last night by having pizza (grain free) and chicken wings with blue cheese! Today I began my day without milk in my turmeric tea. Guess I’ll have to load up on avocados to get my fats. What else? Soy - I avoid it anyway because my body hates it. But it’s in most packaged foods under the term vegetable oil. Also in most salad dressings. Alcohol - rarely if ever. Your liver will be happy. Potato- even the healthy avocado oil ones. Can still do sweet potatoes. Grains - this one will hurt for a lot of people. There’s always the grain free bagels 🥯 😊 Watch out for corn - like soy - it’s in everything. How are we doing?!!!

Doing well, it doesn’t feel as hard as the first time I did the liver cleanse. Thank goodness. Hardest for me is the dairy. I love all the things dairy 🤦‍♀️ I felt so good after the first cleanse! Can’t wait to get to the end of this one 😊
