You know the relationship is bad, but you can’t help yourself. As in all addictions - alcohol, a destructive relationship, sugar, etc - it’s much to do with us and our own healing.

@Teresa Moler Sugar. The great temptress. I get it. Remember, I was drinking out of the sugar bowl from an early age. My body and mind definitely feel better when it stay away from it.
