@Teresa Moler Sugar. The great temptress. I get it. Remember, I was drinking out of the sugar bowl from an early age. My body and mind definitely feel better when it stay away from it.

It doesn’t photograph well but it tastes pretty good. Ground turkey, onions, carrots, celery and spinach.
