I'm getting frustrated with trying to contact the various customer services & not getting any info thar will help.

Hello, I’m new to all of this so I have a question that may seem kinda dumb to ask, but I can’t seem to find an answer to it: How do we deal with the FBI/DOJ fee? Do the customers pay and forward the fee to the agencies, or would we handle that part for them? Thanks for any help on this

this is a partnership with a live scan provider to add additional services to your existing fingerprint business. If you offer exclusively traditional ink fingerprint services or even limited live scan services, this may be for you. With traditional ink fingerprinting you are limited to only offering fingerprint cards, additional with a limited live scan software you may also only offer fingerprints cards and only 1 or 2 more additional services. Our partnership involves processing your clients fingerprint cards for additional services like FBI background checks, Florida live scan fingerprinting, FINRA, and ATF electronic files. Additionally we offer archiving services. Thus you can sell these services in addition to your traditional ink fingerprinting services without having to spend thousands of dollars on equipment or software. Must have a current fingerprinting business and be proficient in rolling prints.
