First, you need to make sure the cards are with the newest revision date: Feb 2021. They are usually very strict with the revision date being the most up to date. Normally the agency requesting these type of cards will provide the cards to the applicant. Second, you want each block to be filled in legibly and correctly or they may reject the card, as a general guideline, this goes for any type of card you are using.

@Harold Hicks I see that you are in California, that means you are eligible to do fingerprinting for state enrollments, if I'm not mistaken. I'm not in California and am not able to do anything on that front. I would be able to do enrollments for FBI, Florida- FDLE, ATF eft files and FINRA. I charge 40 plus channeling fees based on the enrollment type. Each service/enrollment has its own nuances as far as requirements and channeling costs. I find that my prices are fair and gives you room to add your own costs on top. Most of these services have to be sent in electronicly anyway. So someone along the way has to scan them in for processing. This gives you more options to offer your customer and aleviates the need of finding an additional vendor or two for them. You are still fingerprinting the customer, but you have additional services you can offer if they need to send their cards for example to FL for a license or an FBI background check. Hope this explains it a little better.

@Harold Hicks I guess I use that word interchangeably with services. Sorry to confuse you. I forget that a lot of people do not know about other services they can offer and assume that they choose not to. Ink can be very limiting but I love to talk to people about how they can think outside the box and offer additional services and solutions. Where are you located at in CA?
