Hi! Quick question. Does the 5in30 offer have to be free? I understand why you suggest doing it for free, however, my intention was to give it to the 7 people in my membership for free (and ask for feedback) and offer it at a beta price (- 25-50%???) to the wider world in exchange for feedback. The course will be a gateway into my membership (includes 1 month's access with the hope they'll stay on - price of this is 12 euros a month) and not high ticket so a beta price would be low, 19 euros 🤔... I'm a bit tired of offering free stuff and paying to work 🤣 I need to start at least covering my costs 4 years in 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I've also had people in the past not sign up for free because they feel bad. And those that do are less invested as they didn't pay. Thanks! @Michael Landry @Andrew Woodbury @Leonardo Gomes

@Andrew Woodbury thanks. I haven't decided what to do yet but I'm trying to not let me perfectionist ways paralyse me and just go with something...

Fulfilment doc
It's taking me longer than 30 but I'm getting there 😅 Another useful exercise. Thanks! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1L3706PDVMMKv1TYptebTKfrGuOqvYw-8/edit?usp=drivesdk&ouid=109125111152079048632&rtpof=true&sd=true @Michael Landry @Andrew Woodbury @Leonardo Gomes

Offer table and How many steps
I'm back after getting off track over Easter...🤦🏻‍♀️ Here's my offer for a short course to help independent learners create a personal action plan or "roadmap" This is one of the 4 pillars of my approach: The CALM way https://docs.google.com/document/d/17lb-ewk0OvctLc0z27W-QkhfgjVBJ9IT/edit?usp=drivesdk&ouid=109125111152079048632&rtpof=true&sd=true I found the How Many Steps task really useful and put this together in less than 60 minutes! My perfectionist ways could be on the way out! 😜 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FTdk5nkFXA1UECiQVQgYg4G6jnTROqi_/edit?usp=drivesdk&ouid=109125111152079048632&rtpof=true&sd=true @Leonardo Gomes @Michael Landry @Andrew Woodbury

Document in Piecing it all together
Hi. I'm back after an Easter break. I can't find your example doc from the last video, the offer table activity in Module 1. I've got the template to complete but not the example. Can you let me know where I can find it please. Or maybe it's just in the video 🤔 Thanks! @Michael Landry @Leonardo Gomes @Andrew Woodbury

Offer formula 5in30
Hi, I’m loving the course so far but I’ve got myself stuck and I can’t move on!!! I’ve been going round in circles for days trying to get my “offer formula” clear. At the moment the services I offer are neurolanguage coaching packages 1:1 and in groups (although not managed to get a group yet) and a community membership. As its hard to get people in my membership my business mentor Rachael Robers suggested creating a small course to sell which gives people access to the membership and hopefully then they'll stay. I signed up for this course to help me design that small course. I’d like the course to give them a window into my world and show them how I work. I have my own approach that I call the CALM way (community, action plan, language and mindset which I use to help people feel more confident using their English. The poing being that thye need more than juts the language to improve their fluency, they also need a system/habits (action plan) and to work on their blocks (mindset) and that learning is social (the reason for my community) My ICA is based on real people I’ve worked with and loved working with: Often perfectionist Maybe introverted Definitely lack confidence Busy Mindset issues rather than language that's holding them back but don't know that Frustrated because they know they're missing out on opportunities to: Connect with colleagues in a deeper way Show what they know/can do Make friends outside of work Feel like people judge their ability to do their job based on their English Don't feel like they belong Desired state: Express ideas clearly without getting tongue-tied Be able to communicate their expertise Feel respected Make small talk (at work) Socialise outside of work Be able to be/feel like themselves Feeling happy and less stressed (stress affecting their personal life - don't sleep well, worry too much, work too much to make it "perfect" I’ve come up with a couple of offer formulas but none of them convince me and it’s driving me crazy!

@Michael Landry I've replied! Thanks for the feedback. Very useful. I now understand what "dating" a niche means 🤣 I'm working on the doc to complete module 1 with a bit more clarity and less stress now! 🤣

@Robin Plampton thanks for the feedback ;) I agree dropping all that stuff and I'm going to have a go at rewriting focusing on one aspect "perfectionism" as suggested by Michael. I think I was confusing my general help statement with an offer statement. I don't need to include everything I do...
