It's definitely been a little rough getting back into the swing of things after Easter and having to navigate temptation when my husband brings home treats 🙄 lol Night time snacking remains an issue for me, but I'm trying to keep it structured. Last night I did good thankfully. Fitcrunch protein bar for "dessert" seemed to do the trick. I've also been doing well with non dairy coffee creamers, more water intake, protein intake and exercise. Ive managed to cut back on my gluten intake significantly. The last weds video was super helpful because snacking at night is my biggest problem. The food noise segments seem to help too
@Joe Carabase I don't know if I have an issue with gluten, but I'm trying to cut way back to see if it helps with inflammation and bloating, etc. I have allergies and allergic asthma... I do know that my body is sensitive so it wouldn't necessarily be a surprise if gluten was a problem for me too.

Happy Friday 😁 I did yoga last Sunday and got to the gym twice. I'm sticking to the nutpod creamers for my morning coffee and have felt more in control with the nighttime snacks. My sleep seems to be slightly improved as well. My only real challenge this week was having some of my routines altered because I've been dealing with a bad allergic reaction to poison ivy (better now thankfully). I wasn't cooking as much, but I also didn't splurge on unhealthy fast food either, so that's a win I suppose 😁

Well... i switched my coffee creamer to nutpods and stevia instead of dairy and managed to keep up with it all week. I've also been working on resetting my circadian rhythm by using a white light box every morning, which can help with nighttime snacking, etc. This is my biggest issue, but it's been getting better now that my protein during the day has increased. Last night I felt the urge to snack and ended up having a protein bar instead other unhealthy snacks my husband and daughter have lying around. My biggest challenge is absolutely nighttime snacking so I've been consistently working on that for several weeks and do see some improvement. 😁 I'm also increasing my water intake by a lot and have manage to stick with it all week. Lastly, I made pasta with meat sauce for the fam this week, but for my meal, I swapped the pasta with roasted spaghetti squash.
