Hi!I'm looking for articles or studies on the use of yoga and meditation for autistic or ADHD people, children, adolescents, and adults. Have you had any experience with this or can you help me? :) have a nice day!โฃ๏ธ

This one is specific to sleep but showed good results- Alghosi M, Sharifi M, Namavari S, Rajamand N, Bamorovat F, Norouzi N, Alimoradi M and Konrad A (2025) The effect of chronic yoga interventions on sleep quality in people with sleep disorders: a scoping review. Frequent sleeping
Hello, all! Reaching out to see if anyone has resources or general suggestions for middle school/high school students who engage in frequent sleeping throughout the school day. I recognize that each individual's situation is very unique, and sleep deprivation, medications, mental health concerns, etc. can impact this behavior. Anything is appreciated!

Hi! Are you able to ask the parents about the student's sleeping habits? It can be really hard for older students to get enough sleep due to their bodies shifting to later bedtimes combined with early school start times. If they are using electronics at night that can push bedtimes even later, so setting boundaries with devices at night can be a helpful starting point.
