So why did I Have Tai Lopez on the Podcast?
Tai Lopez getting sued by the SEC for $121 million. This came out right after I had them on the podcast. There are some red flags during the interview that I highlighted here and also I read the entire SEC documentation on this for interested this looks pretty bad.....

Hello All
I am an Engineering Manager and a single family investor from Vancouver Canada. My goal is to acquire my first multifamily is the US in the next six months and eventually transfer all my investments from Canada to the US once I have proof of concept. This is my third day and I can sincerely say that Christian and the team has created something very special in this group. I have tried other mentorships and was not satisfied with the content and value. MFS has what I have been searching for and I finally found where I am suppose to be. 9 unit, need some guidance
I have a deal, it’s a 9 unit, strong cash flow and the owner is willing to hold 15%, how do I go about getting a bank to finance the other 75-80%? Will banks even do this? I still have to come up with 5-10% but I’ve never done this before, If you’ve done this before dm me, I have all the numbers, thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

It seems like you built this community to fund your own deals. And it doesn’t seem like you’ve been communicating thru the “community” app Skool. I thought this would’ve been a thing where we could ask questions on this app and you would answer and collaborate with everyone
