Safe Water/Beverage Cooler?
My husband is a carpenter, so he frequently works in the heat. I usually send him with a large cooler of ice and water that he can dispense into his stainless cup. I have tried to rid my household of all plastic containers, cups, pantry storage, etc. - opting for glass. Has anyone found a large volume (like 5 gallon) water cooler from a safer material?
☀️☀️☀️Y’All☀️☀️☀️☀️
My son and I worked all day volunteer in a non air conditioned school. Someone told me I looked like I just showered I was sweating so much. 🤣🤪😆 I don’t glisten. I sweat profusely. How do you all in the south not sweat like that? Do you get use to it? Is there a trick or tip I need? Help a girl out.

We sweat like crazy and hate our lives but still love the south! I go to the barn first thing in the morning so I can just shower after. There’s no way around it. I walk out the door and immediately start sweating.
Tanning Beds
I recently read a conversation online about tanning beds that suggested that the tanning bed can be useful for vitamin D as long as you don’t use the bronzer bulbs and bronzing/heat lotions. We have been told for so long how awful tanning beds are, but is that really true? I mean, we can’t trust anything else we have been told, so 💁….

I started using Mezzetta when Rao's was bought by Campbell's. I don't know if they changed it, but I was nervous. I also noticed Thrive Market sells a simple marinara, but have not tried it.
Was wondering…..
The other day on the zoom I thought gosh I enjoy these ladies and I would love to know them better. So I was like well I’ll go first and tell you a bit about me. I live in NW PA, but I grew up in the Midwest. I am a wife and mom to three kids (ages 19, 16 and 15) who came to our family via adoption, one of whom has several disabilities. Being a mom of a kids of different races and abilities has changed me I have learned so much being thier mom and seen things I never saw before. It has grown a huge passion within in me for advocacy specifically disability advocacy, the stories I could tell you all. I have been on a journey to change my eating and workout habits. I had an eating disorder when I was younger and because of it I have always been passionate to not impart my unhealthy view of food on my kids. Making these changes has grown my interest in wellness. I am very much a newbie with it all. I found Aleiah through discount divas, her wealth of knowledge is super impressive and I highly enjoy learning from her. I am so thankful to be a part of this group. I love all I’m learning from you all. If you’re willing and zero pressure, for reals, I would love to learn a bit about you.
