(he, he) For those who are new, this space is built around a 13-week journey designed to help you retrain your mind, reset your relationship with food, and build habits that actually last. We start with awareness and mindset, move into food and emotional patterns, and end with sustainability—so you’re not “starting over” every Monday. Here’s what to expect: - FREE program access begins Monday, Jan 19th - You’ll get a 2-week trial (the first 2 of the 13 weeks) to experience the work - If you choose to continue—amazing - If not—no harm, no foul 💚 - You’re always welcome to stay in the locker room (community) and still gain value Important heads-up: - On Jan 15th, the locker room will shift from FREE to $5/month - Anyone already here before Jan 15th will NEVER be charged - So go ahead and invite your friends and family now—lock them in for life 👊🏾 Also, I'd love to collaborate with your trainers, doctors, therapists.
