GHK-Cu/KLOW tips for the "spice"
I seem to be very sensitive to anything with GHK-Cu. I am currently trying a cycle of KLOW and I get the burn real bad (I know for many people this stack minimizes it but I still get it). I have tried diluting with bac water 1:1 after drawing up my KLOW, leaving it out for 30 minutes prior to injecting, and moving to the subQ in the glutes. I can still feel (and see) every injection site from the last 4 days (one on each side of my abdomen and one on each side of my glutes). I guess I will move to my thighs next as I am running out of non-painful sites! Do you ladies have ANY other tips/tricks that I might try? I really wanted to do a GHK-Cu cycle on its own after this but DAMN it is painful!

Have you tried icing the area before and after injection? That might help.
Need a boost
So this is totally not advice or suggestions I just feel deflated. Some know I work for an ENT for 21yrs & he also owns a medspa (which is not affiliated with our clinic) he was talking to the NP about adding peps to his spa, specifically bpc. She told him I am using it and have been dabbling in many for about a yr, he (behind my back) began to say to the other girls there how I don’t know what I’m doing, how I could really mess myself up…. Just on & on…. Of course they tell me! The multiple emotions I’m having is getting the best of me. I DO know what I’m doing, and just because I’m not a nurse does not mean I can’t learn. Professionals mess up all the time.

Seems to me he probably seems threatened by your knowledge, I find many Dr's have very large Ego's and are very defensive. Instead he should be asking you your advice and knowledge about it and learn from you.
Taurine and RHR/HRV on GLP
After listening to Tara’s Q&A and the mention of taurine as a possible support system for RHR/HRV, especially in the context of GLPs, I did some digging and found a research article on taurine’s general effect on HR. I’ve ordered some taurine from FullScript and will be giving it a try. Happy to report our findings in a month or two. If anyone has tried this, I’d love to know if it worked for you. Link to article: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39148075/ (Ps: thank you, to whoever submitted that question!)

VESILUTE Just added to The Peptique Product Line!
It's been a fun week at The Peptique launching the Skin Serum and now Vesilute. I am excited about this one. When I think about my passion to support women and longevity/ optimization this was an easy "yes" when discussing peptides we were going to add this year! Read below for more info! And don't forget you get 20% off ongoing with the SKOOL20 discount code! COA and ENDO tests will be loaded shortly! Protocol is attached. https://thepeptique.com/ Vesilute is a short peptide bioregulator studied for its role in supporting lower urinary tract tissue signaling and smooth muscle regulation pathways. In preclinical and in vitro models, it is investigated for its influence on bladder epithelial cell communication, detrusor muscle tone modulation, and neuromuscular signaling involved in urinary control mechanisms. Research applications focus on age-related urinary pathway regulation, pelvic tissue cellular signaling, and prostate-associated urinary function models, making Vesilute of interest in studies examining tissue-specific gene expression and urinary tract homeostasis. Key Benefits & Applications Lower Urinary Tract & Bladder Signaling Research:Vesilute is studied in peptide bioregulator research models for its role in supporting bladder tissue signaling, detrusor muscle regulation pathways, and urothelial cellular communication. Preclinical investigations explore its involvement in smooth muscle tone balance and neuromuscular signaling within the lower urinary tract. Pelvic Floor & Urethral Support Pathways:Examined in models focused on urethral closure mechanisms, pelvic neuromuscular signaling, and structural tissue support. Vesilute is frequently evaluated for its interaction with cellular pathways influencing urinary control and sphincter coordination. Prostate & Male Urinary Flow Research:In male-focused research models, Vesilute has been explored for its potential influence on prostate-related urinary signaling pathways, including flow dynamics, urgency signaling, and incomplete emptying mechanisms.

New GHK-CU + SNAP 8 Skin serum just launched!
We've been working on this one for a while trying to get the formula just right. Minutes ago we added the serum and a bundle with a derma roller to The Peptique website! SNAP-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3) is often called a “topical expression line modulator.” It’s a peptide designed to help soften the look of dynamic wrinkles, the lines formed by repeated facial movement (forehead, between brows, crow’s feet). What it does:• Helps reduce the appearance of expression lines• Supports smoother-looking skin• Targets muscle-contraction signaling pathways topically• Gives a subtle “relaxed” look to areas of tension Think of it as working on the movement side of wrinkles. GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide studied for skin regeneration, collagen signaling, and tissue remodeling support. What it does:• Supports collagen and elastin production• Helps improve skin firmness and elasticity• Supports barrier repair• Encourages healthier skin tone and texture• Assists in post-procedure recovery Think of it as working on the structure and repair side of aging. This is not a moisturizer this is serum that you want to use in the morning and the evening before you put your moisturizer on. You can use it on any body part not just your face. I am loving the results I am getting from it. My skin feels tighter, more glowy, tighter pores etc. My daughter has been using it to help with some light acne scaring and is loving it too! Her texture is looking better and better! USP <51> Antimicrobial Effectiveness Test (AET) and peptide identity test are attached online to the serum product! You can order at https://thepeptique.com Don't forget your SKOOL20 discount for 20% off.

@Tara West do you need to replace the needles on the derma roller? Or do they last a while?
