Hi, Anyone successfully improved their fatigue, fibro and IBS here? 😊 Any thoughts about low doses of Reta with a dysregulated nervous system?

I did a low dose cycle of Reta which honestly I feel like did wonders for my mental health and energy. As a girlie with GI issues though - be VERY careful, I kept my fibre up but I struggled with constipation after cycling off horribly. I am still dealing with it and a lot of my GI issues have flared up, now I will take at least 600mg of Mg Citrate to help "keep things moving"
What "order" would you prioritize these goals in?
I am new-ish to peptide "research" and I want to try it all haha! I did a round of BPC/TB post surgically last year and I think it helped a lot. I did a low dose Reta cycle a few months ago and it was AMAZING, I didn't have a ton of weight to loose so I had to be careful but it helped so much with the food noise. I also noticed that I had incredible energy and mental focus/clarity while on it. I did loose about 10lbs and sadly a lot of my butt :( I actively tracked macros to make sure I was getting enough protein and continued to weight train but I tend to hold my extra weight in my butt, thighs, and chest... I really wanted the thighs to go but alas they are persistent. Currently I am doing a KLOW cycle for skin health and anti-inflam (I have horrible GI problems - chronic constipation and struggle with SIBO) so far not noticing much but I am 10 days in. OK now for my question.... my goals are: - Skin health (thinking of following KLOW with just KVP/GHK-Cu) - Re-comp to get that booty back (I am thinking of trying ipomorelin for this as my "starter") - Longevity/repair (epitalon) - And mitocondrial health to get that energy back on track (NAD+) - Cycle off/on and or super low dose Reta as needed for food noise/leaning out when I feel a little "puffy" My diet is pretty on-point and I strength train 3x week. As we get into summer I will be doing more hiking/mountain biking than strength training so I dont know if the Ipomorelin would be best used at a different time. As I am new to all of this (and don't really want to be doing more than 1/2 needles a day). What "order" would you prioritize this in? Any suggestions that I have not thought of? I really want to know how my body reacts to each individual peptide so I am trying to keep things simple for now. I appreciate all of you ladies sharing your personal experiences :)

@Sabrina Serna thank you so much! That is great information. It is really hard not to jump in too fast. What protocol did you choose to follow for your Epitalon?

@Gigi Lavery Awesome thanks so much! I am looking forward to trying NAD. Did you do IPA on its own or just go straight into the blend? That was a big question mark for me… do I do one and then layer in to see how I react?
GHK-Cu/KLOW tips for the "spice"
I seem to be very sensitive to anything with GHK-Cu. I am currently trying a cycle of KLOW and I get the burn real bad (I know for many people this stack minimizes it but I still get it). I have tried diluting with bac water 1:1 after drawing up my KLOW, leaving it out for 30 minutes prior to injecting, and moving to the subQ in the glutes. I can still feel (and see) every injection site from the last 4 days (one on each side of my abdomen and one on each side of my glutes). I guess I will move to my thighs next as I am running out of non-painful sites! Do you ladies have ANY other tips/tricks that I might try? I really wanted to do a GHK-Cu cycle on its own after this but DAMN it is painful!

@Micheline Ghiorso wild, maybe I will try that too :) thanks!
Fellow Canadians?
I am looking for a good quality and reputable source for peptides in Canada, who are you using? I would LOVE to order The Peptique but the risk of things being rejected at the border feels like a huge financial risk. I am so grateful for all of the information from Tara and others podcasts regarding safety profiles. One of the companies I found had great data (with confirmed reports from Jenoshik) but when I asked them they disclosed that their products were manufactured and lyophilized in China. Should I be worried about that part?

Similar to what Tara mentioned above. I didn't notice *much* leading up to my trip other than the increase in my dark spot pigment. I was also tanning a little at the time, I definitely got some colour but I worked at it. However, AFTER using it and coming back from holiday (where I wasn't in the sun all day every day - but a little bit) I maintained my version of a tan for a really long time and never got burnt (I am a ginger).
