My Me post
I run a couple of Skool communities… a paid one ($7/month or $59/year) called Midlife Nervous System Rewire and a free one pop up one I’m using right now to host a live Midlife Recalibration Week (March 23-27,30). I feel like I’m in that in-between stage where the content is good and people do engage (albeit often the same people!) but growth isn’t as fast as I’d like 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’m in it for the long game… Here’s where I’m actually stuck… People join. And they stay. I have a challenge that gets people started, and engagement is decent. But it’s often the same type of people who really lean in… those who’ve already done deeper work with me (higher ticket) or who really value the work and have been with me a while. And then there’s the other side…people who seem to want a lot for free or very low cost, where even $7/month feels like a stretch. I feel the tension in that. Because I do want this work to be accessible. I want to offer low ticket so people get a sampling and have some support. But I also see that the people who invest more tend to engage more and transform more. My high ticket people literally rave and say it’s the best investment they’ve ever made, absolutely life changing etc. (And it’s not that some low ticket people are not very committed, I do realize there are many other factors that impact people’s level of involvement including capacity, nervous system response, neurodiversity, personal circumstances… so it’s not just the investment, but I’ve seen it enough that it’s hard to ignore!)! So I’m trying to find that middle ground, how to provide accessible support, while also ensuring people are invested enough in themselves? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Do you monitor your Skool Engagement & Activity Stats?
Yesterday, I had an aha moment looking at my engagement stats. The grid shows you by day activity and if you click on box you see the date and activities. I have a topic per day unless something special I do 2-3 posts. So I can now go back to see where I need to continue focus and maybe consider dropping a category if it’s getting no interest right now. My Daily Posting Categories: Mon - aromatherapy & wellness Tues - health & home hub Wed - community Thurs - Memory & Moments (photo solutions) seems low right now Fri - Financial Empowerment (Acctg & Tax) Sat - weekend fun Sun - trying day off when possible My community helps to handle stress and focus on an amazing life. Jumping in on a category that they need at that moment. Do you monitor your Skool engagement activity and pivot? I’m going to watch closely the days with low activity to determine if it was the category or content to try a different approach. As members, we help this community attract talented individuals to join and share their experiences with us.

I try to have at least one post a day - certain things on certain days. Engagement is stronger on some posts than others. Posts I find that do well are the ones where the response is short, BUT some of the most valuable posts are ones with fewer responses perhaps, but more in depth. I like a mix 😀
AI tool overload?
How many tools are you paying for right now… and which ones actually making you money? Yeah… I had to check myself too 👀 So I built a quick app that shows: ✔️ what you spend ✔️ what you make ✔️ what needs to go No guessing. Just numbers. Go run your numbers with this FREE FOR YOU tool!

Helpful to do a good little inventory. I regularly use most that I have! But good to consider their usefulness!

The about me posts that have been pushing through have been excellent! @Brenda Rigney you got me to thinking, what if I held an about me challenge for my Skool and centered it around Canva Design (one of my sub niche topics) The About Me Instagram Posts have been growing in popularity and there are a bevvy of templates you can pull from! Even if you group isn't about Canva, this is would be a great way to learn about your members and connect with them in a real way. I will drop the instructions I gave my audience below! If you decide to design your own, please let me see it! 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Head to Canva and Select Templates Search for About Me Choose a template (Also, you have work to do so do not spend all day on this LOL) Change out the assets to fit your vibe (Yes you can use your AI Twin) Upload your final in the comments and make sure to upload to your socials. If you have made it this far, I looking forward to seeing you at the Built to be Seen Summit March 30th at 2:00. Topic: Built to Be Seen & Paid

Oooh I’m going to try this! Thank you!
Which AI tool do you find yourself using the most right now?
There are lots of AI tools now like ChatGPT, Claude, and others. People seem to use them for different things. Some people use them to think through ideas, some for writing, and some for building things. I’m curious to hear. . . 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘈𝘐 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳?

I love both. And I often compare what their output is, then go away and take what I love best about both and create!
