Last night, I officially moved the community to a freemium model (and this morning I posted an official WE’RE DOING IT video in the community) And less than 24 hours later, someone upgraded. What makes this one feel especially exciting is that this isn’t someone who’s been deeply embedded in my existing community or following everything I’ve been building for years.
