๐Ÿ”ฅHot Seat Coaching >>> Pricing Options on Skool
Hey @Gwynne Conlyn I saw your post on Skoolers today...and while everyone's answers were great...I thought this video would be more helpful to your questions: "I would like to - charge a members' joining fee - Prices for separate modules - A premium price for the VIP module How do I set that up, please?"

Want to grow on Skool?
The Time is Now โฐ๐Ÿซฃ๐Ÿ˜Š
Hello everyone! I have a few questions about launching my first Skool community. ๐Ÿš€ I believe Iโ€™m overthinking it to some degree (lol ๐Ÿ˜‚), but I want to get your insights on a few things: 1๏ธโƒฃ When do you go from free to a โ€œfreemiumโ€ model? โžก๏ธWhat is the best timeline or member count to make that switch? 2๏ธโƒฃ Should you have rewards and incentives for all levels preset at the beginning? โžก๏ธDo you map out the leaderboard prizes for levels 1-9 on day one, or build them as you go? 3๏ธโƒฃ Do you need legal disclaimers or formal policies in place that require an attorney? โžก๏ธFor example: โ€œThis group does not provide medical adviceโ€ or โ€œThis group doesnโ€™t guarantee XYZ results.โ€ How are you guys handling liability? A bit of context: I donโ€™t have an active email list or an email funnel built yet, so I need to set that up too. Would love to hear how you handled these steps when you first launched. Any advice is appreciated! ๐Ÿ’›
๐Ÿ“ˆ How I've Grown My Community Organically
๐Ÿ“ˆ A few people have asked how I've been growing my community organically, so I thought I'd share what's worked for me. The truth? It's not one big strategy. It's a bunch of small, intentional things that work together over time. Here's what I do... ๐Ÿค I participate in summits, bundles, podcasts, and collaborations where I know my ideal audience is already hanging out. ๐Ÿ“ง Every freebie, product, and offer I create includes an invitation to join my free communityโ€”usually on the thank you page, in the welcome email, or inside the resource itself. ๐ŸŽค Whenever I speak at a summit, I invite people to join my community if they'd like more support after the event. It's free, it's helpful, and it's a natural next step. ๐Ÿ’œ My community has also become the natural "next step" during and after my events. For my last summit, the community was featured as a sponsor, so attendees saw it throughout the event and always knew where they could continue the conversation afterward. ๐Ÿ“ฑ I regularly share my community with my email list and on Facebook (my social platform of choice). ๐ŸŒŸ I spend time in a handful of communities where I genuinely believe my people are hanging out. Not dozens... just a few. And here's the thing... Finding the right communities takes time. It's trial and error. Some are a great fit. Some aren't. Sometimes life gets busy and I disappear for a few weeks... and that's okay too. I simply come back when I have more time. For me, community growth has never been about one viral post. It's been about consistently showing up, building relationships, and making it easy for people to stay connected after they discover me. ๐Ÿ’ฌ I'd love to know... What's one thing you've done that's helped grow your community organically?

Tips Welcome! - Virtual Summer Camp Experiences.
Have you run a virtual summer camp kinda thing in your community before? (hello, we're in skool scale camp!) But something with a mission + the fun. Doing one right now? Was it free? Low ticket? Love to chat and learn what engaged your people. The fun and play? Prizes? The outcome? I've wanted to do something like this for a long time, and honestly? Between AI tools, interactive experiences, and the fact that it's July - I BIT! Perfect time to inject some playful magic into the work I was already doing. ๐Ÿช„ The work is real. The outcome is real. But it's dressed like summer, not like homework. Which got me thinking. ๐Ÿ‘‡ If you ran a summer camp inside your community this summer, what would make it worth showing up for? What's the one thing that would make someone think okay yes, I'm in โ€” not out of obligation, but because it genuinely sounded like fun? Share if you like. I'm all fox ears. ๐ŸฆŠโœจ
