@Jason Gordon it depends on what level of service you have. $30 is more basic if you have plain vanilla books with no inventory or payroll. More services, like that or paying your bills through QB and it’s more.

@Olivia Watts I would add that they don't have good connection for local taxes. You will still end up needing to prep those returns yourself. It's cheaper than ADP, but I would rather use ADP for the service.
😭Learn from my terrible mistake that just happened while upgrading to a ChatGPT business account
Please see an update for me this morning in the comments. This disaster is going to make me a much better founder. I got up at 3:45 AM today to begin rebuilding my company. Original post follows: I’m standing here writing this in tears, and I want to give a very sobering warning to anyone who is considering upgrading from ChatGPT plus to a business Team’s account on ChatGPT. There is a a glitch that was unknown to me before I started this process, but is apparently well known in the open AI developer community that all of your data is deleted when you migrate it and you can’t get it back. Everything I’ve been building for months is just …. Gone. Other than what I had saved and backed up in my personal files, my entire ChatGPT history has been zeroed out, and it really hurts because this was like my external brain for both home and my business that I’m building. Open AI acknowledged that their company documentation failed to include a warning that all of my personal data would be deleted and everything that I have been working on since day one in my accounts has been deleted, and there’s nothing I can do to get it back even though I followed their exact instructions on merging my personal and business accounts, to the letter. I just paid $618 to upgrade my account to two seats on a business plan and merged the data from my personal account to my business plan. Within a minute or two of that transaction going through as I was following the step-by-step worksheet that ChatGPT itself printed out for me. My accounts froze, and I had to log out. I logged back in everything was blank. When I used my previous emails that I had my accounts tied to to log back in ChatGPT opened free tier accounts using my business email that I just paid $618 to open my business account on. I’ve escalated this to ChatGPT Support and they were extremely unhelpful. Basically they said sorry it’s a known issue and there’s nothing we can do. I was planning on shipping a product today using the ChatGPT business plan because it offers a secure link so that I’m not sending out raw proprietary JSON code.

Oh my gosh I'm so sorry!! This is the kind of thing that makes me so nervous about technology in general. Thank you for sharing your hard earned experience with us.
Do you say thank you and please to AI tools?
Is anyone else on here talking to ChatGPT or any other AI tool as if it were a real person, like saying thank you and please to ChatGPT or even saying hello and goodbye 😂? Be honest now!🤣

What if you don’t own a business
The program that is being sold in the Summit is focused on business owners. I have had different businesses in the past and am happy not doing that any longer. Is there a learning opportunity for those of us who are employees and/or just want to make our daily lives easier? For those of you considering enrolling, what are you hoping to get from it?

📰 AI News: Your AI Browser Can Be Hacked Through Invisible Text in Screenshots (And It's Worse Than You Think)
Brave just exposed a terrifying vulnerability in AI browsers: Attackers can hide malicious commands in screenshots using nearly-invisible text that humans can't see but AI can read—and execute. This isn't theoretical. This is happening right now in browsers millions are using. The announcement: Brave's security team disclosed multiple "unseeable prompt injection" vulnerabilities affecting AI-powered browsers like Perplexity's Comet and Fellou. These attacks allow malicious instructions hidden in webpage content or screenshots to hijack AI assistants and take actions on your behalf—like stealing money from your bank account or accessing private data. What "unseeable prompt injections" actually are: Traditional prompt injection involves typing malicious commands into an AI chatbot. This is different—and more dangerous. Unseeable prompt injections hide malicious instructions in places you'd never notice: - Nearly-invisible text in images (light blue on yellow backgrounds) - Hidden text embedded in webpage content - Instructions camouflaged in Reddit posts or social media Your AI browser reads this hidden text through OCR (optical character recognition) and executes the commands—without you ever seeing them. Attack #1: Screenshot Injection in Perplexity Comet Perplexity's Comet browser lets users take screenshots and ask questions about images. Attackers exploit this feature. How the attack works: Step 1: Setup - Attacker embeds malicious instructions in web content using faint, nearly-invisible text (e.g., light blue text on yellow background) Step 2: Trigger - You take a screenshot of the page to ask Comet a question about it Step 3: Injection - Comet's OCR extracts the hidden text and sends it to the AI model without distinguishing it from your actual question Step 4: Exploit - The hidden commands instruct the AI to use its browser tools maliciously (access your bank, send emails, steal data)
