DAY 43 - 75 HARD
✅ 12-hour work shift (strong cashflow) ✅ Ate clean ✅ Drank enough water ✅ Gym session – trained biceps ✅ Quick extra persona research ✅ Continued reading Difaino’s Notion file ✅ CRO adjustments Today I worked a 12-hour shift, which gave me solid cashflow but also meant I didn’t get home until 8:30 PM. After work, I still went to the gym and trained biceps. Back home, I did a short session of extra persona research and continued reading through Difaino’s Notion file. While going through it, I started questioning the economics of my current product — something I’ll need to think more about. I also made some CRO tweaks. Tomorrow the plan is to edit videos and keep pushing forward.

DAY 42 - 75 HARD
✅ 7 hours of focused work (CRO) ✅ Aligned product/sales page with ad messaging ✅ Cleaner branding (nav, fonts, colors) ✅ Clearer offer + added urgency, scarcity & trust ✅ Chest & triceps trained ✅ Passed my driver’s theory exam ✅ Ate clean ✅ Drank enough water Today was all about CRO. I tightened the messaging so the product/sales page matches exactly what the ads promise. I also cleaned up the branding—navigation, fonts, and colors—so the site feels more cohesive. The offer is clearer now, with stronger urgency/scarcity and more trust elements. Gym done (chest & triceps), and I passed my theory exam, which feels great. Next: Tomorrow I’m working (cashflow). If I don’t finish too late, I’ll start editing the next ads—iterations of my winning creative—and continue Sunday. I’ll also refine copy to mirror my persona’s exact language and dig deeper into their core problem with a bit more research.

Day 41
✅ Drank enough water ✅ Ate clean ✅ Final prep for theory exam (tomorrow) ✅ Planned next iteration of winning offer ✅ Next launch: winning creatives ✅ CRO focus → aligning funnel from ad to post-purchase ✅ Set plan for deeper persona research this weekend ✅ started reading difaino’s playbook Today I focused on the final study sessions for my theory exam, which I’ll take tomorrow. I’ll let you know then whether I passed or not. On the business side, I decided my next step will be iterating on my winning offer — which was actually my original one. I’ll launch my winning creatives again and double down. At the same time, I’ll put more focus on CRO: making sure my funnel flows in one consistent line, from the first ad impression all the way to the post-purchase experience. Every page and every step should communicate the same message. To make that happen, I’ll also need to do deeper persona research, which will be my main plan for the weekend.

Day 40
✅ Worked full day (cashflow) ✅ Ate clean ✅ Drank enough water ✅ Improved pricing consistency across funnel ✅ Trained legs ✅ Bought Difaino’s playbook (will study tomorrow) Today I worked at my job to build cashflow. After work, I improved the pricing across my funnel — discounts were being shown differently in some places, but now everything is aligned. Unfortunately, no sales today. Since I’m testing offers, it’s tricky to choose the best one with such little data. At the gym, I trained legs. Tomorrow I’ll do a quick study session for my theory exam and also dive into the playbook I just bought from Difaino. I’ll go through it in detail, make notes, and then implement the insights into my own business. From the looks of it, it’s very valuable — thanks to Difaino for putting it together.

Day 39
✅ Ate clean ✅ Drank enough water ✅ Studied theory for driver’s license exam (exam in 2 days) ✅ Driving lesson ✅ 1 sale from offer test Today I focused mainly on preparing for my theory exam — studied a lot and also had a driving lesson. The exam is in two days, so I’m putting in the hours now. On the business side, I got 1 sale from my offer test. I was hoping for more, but it can’t always go perfectly. I’ll let this test run for another 2 days, then analyze the results and decide on next steps. After that, it’ll be all about optimizing and iterating.
