Welcome to the Embarrass the Competition Skool Community!
stop. don't click into the classroom yet. don't open the blueprint. don't start jumping around. read this first. we built something that most communities won't give you. a full breakdown on how to take a brand from zero to a brand exit within 6 months. not theory. not "mindset." not some vague funnel diagram. the actual structure. the math. the offer. the media buying. the psychology. the order of operations. step by step. but here's how this room works. nothing gets handed to you for lurking. this community rewards action. not spectating. you want the full 0 to exit breakdown? comment "ETC" below. that's it. no essay. no introduction. no "excited to be here." just ETC. once you do, you'll get access to the complete roadmap. why we do it this way: because the founders who win aren't the ones who consume the most content. they're the ones who move when it's time to move. if you can't type three letters, you won't execute a scaling plan. simple as that. one more thing. when you're inside this community, you'll notice something. every post has value buried in the replies. every thread rewards participation. get in the habit now. read. reply. execute. that's the culture here. quiet watchers get removed after 30 days. active members get access to things lurkers never see. move accordingly. comment ETC below. let's get to work. — Difaino

I'm personally reviewing your situation in the comments today.
Doing something different today. Drop your case in the comments below and I'll personally break it down 👇 A lot of you are stuck on the same things. Wrong unit economics. Creatives not converting. Scaling hitting a wall. Avatar not clicking. So let's fix it. Drop your situation in this format: - Situation (what are you building and what niche) - Relevant numbers (Revenue, AOV, CPC, CVR, spend etc.) - Main bottleneck (where are you stuck?) - Your question (be specific) I'll pick the most relevant ones and go deep.

We don't do one-offs. Jim hit €1.8M in a single month.
This keeps happening and it's not a coincidence. Jim came to us doing what most of you are doing right now. Random testing. Revenue spikes. Good week, dead week, back to zero. Waking up every morning already knowing it's going to be a bad day. We didn't change his product. We didn't find him a new winning ad. We changed how he operated. Built structure around everything that was bleeding. Cut everything that didn't matter. Made him stop reacting and start building. Same product. Different system. €16K days became normal. Then €100K days. Then €1.8M in a single month. Federico sold his brand in 6 months. Now Jim is doing €1.8M months. That's not luck. That's structure. We broke down exactly what Jim changed and how we did it. Comment "CEO" and we'll send it to you.

I know a lot of people struggle with finding similair competitors and products which can be very annoying when you're trying to find data or new products. So don't sleep on this method because it might just be one of the best! Especially since you need no tools and its completely free. https://www.loom.com/share/919d732b9f5d4dd89a148619cb5874ca

🚨 VALUE DROP: How We Structure Our Creative Tests
Yoooo guys. Quick one. I dropped a video about how I structure my creative workflow, because I see way too many people just launching ads, hoping something sticks. This system forced me to stop testing randomly. Now every ad we launch has a clear reason behind it. Like: what’s the angle, what’s the framework, who is it for, and most important; why do we think this will perform in our ad account? If we can’t answer that, we simply don’t launch it. Additionally, every week we write down the actual learnings. Why did it work? Why didn’t it? What should we improve? That alone gave me way more clarity in the ad account and made iterations 10x sharper. If you’re running ads without a structured feedback loop, you’re basically guessing. Watch the video and just implement it. It’s simple, but it changes everything. If you have any questions regarding this or anything else. Don’t hesitate to reach out!

If you’re tired of 'pretending' you’re scaling, this is for you. We build systems. Not temporary wins. For founders tired of fragile growth.
