How does activated charcoal help to detox
I used a vibration and heating device all over my body to loosen up the muscles. I wasn't hydrated. Now I feel sick and think it's probably from mobilized toxins. I have activated charcoal but this won't help, is that right? Since the toxins would be outside the GI tract? What can I do to feel better other than drinking water and maybe? lemon water?

As far as I know, act7vated charcoalit's a stomach cleanser. For body pain I would activate the lymphatic system. Physically to help your toxins exit. And always add salt to your wayer for optimum absorption. Let me know if it helps Lara

What about cayenne pepper and parasites for arthritic symptoms DR Jin? I usually do blood cleaning first, since rhe blood dumps toxins into joints when its overloaded. And parasite re- naturing ...of course. Thoughts?

How probiotics helps to sleep better? Is there any connection between sleep , gut microbiome and cortisol? How to lower cortisol?

In my practise yes definitely. Taking Saurkraut daily as a Probiotic can help sleep. It's never jsut 1 thing. Its always a collection and Holistic view. Screens before bed disturbs sleep. Eating before bed also disturbs sleep etc. You need at least 4 hours after food to sleep well. Magnesium helps sleep.... so many things can be looked at.
