Thank you Dr Jin..I watched it but my sleep issue is not cured yet. Whenever i eat some foods like pumpkin seeds,banana,kiwi,peanuts,peas,coconut water I'm sleeping well sometimes not sleeping well sometimes. Recently i find out one thing in my diet that is whenever i started to take the fresh ginger in meals that day onwards my sleep issues are started and i urinated alot. Does ginger flushing the minerals in body?
