How does activated charcoal help to detox
I used a vibration and heating device all over my body to loosen up the muscles. I wasn't hydrated. Now I feel sick and think it's probably from mobilized toxins. I have activated charcoal but this won't help, is that right? Since the toxins would be outside the GI tract? What can I do to feel better other than drinking water and maybe? lemon water?

Is this lemon powder useful as far as nutrients and detoxing?
I travel a lot and I know real lemons are the best, but how useful is this powder? It's 100% lemon juice and it's cold pressed. Thank you.

Natural remedy for face fine wrinkles
What helps these wrinkles? All I can think of is taking enough vit C and DE (which contains silica). Maybe using organic grass fed beef tallow on it?
