šŸ”„ What’s So Good About Having a VA (and Why You Might Need One)
A lot of entrepreneurs and business owners hit that point where there’s just too much on the plate. That’s where a VA (Virtual Assistant) can make a huge difference. Here’s what’s good about having a VA: āœ… They take care of the tasks that eat up your time (admin, emails, scheduling, research, etc.) āœ… They keep you organized so you can focus on the bigger picture āœ… They help you scale faster without burning out āœ… They bring skills you might not have, social media, design, content, outreach, and more Why you might need one: If you’re stuck working in your business instead of on your business, that’s a clear sign. A VA lets you get back your time and energy so you can focus on growth, strategy, and the parts you actually enjoy. šŸ‘‰ Curious to hear—if you had a VA right now, what’s the very first task you’d hand off? And are you open to having one?

The week's wrapped up, and it's okay if it didn't go exactly as planned. Sometimes the goal isn't about perfection, it's about showing up, learning and pushing through. Take a moment to give yourself credit for making it to the end. Whatever you got done, however small, is PROGRESS. āœØšŸ”„ Now it's time to reset, enjoy your weekend and get ready to bring it again next week. šŸ˜ŽšŸš€ What's one thing you're looking forward to in the weekend? šŸ™Œ Drop your thoughts below! šŸ‘‡

Ever wish you had a 'pause' button for life? āøļøāÆļø
Just for a second, to catch your breath, think things through, or maybe just avoid making that awkward comment in a meeting. šŸ’«šŸŒæ But then, life keeps moving forward whether we're ready or not! What's one moment you wish you could've paused, but looking back, you're glad it happened anyways? Let's talk about those moments where we just kept going! šŸ‘‡āøļø

@Joleen Washington well for me Community culture is the much more important. Because culture creates connection, loyalty, and engagement, while content is just a tool to support it. You can have the best content in the world, but if your culture is dead, no one sticks around. A strong culture makes people want to participate, contribute, and stay—even if the content isn’t perfect. But even the best content won’t save a community that lacks trust, belonging, and shared purpose. that's what we do in our community!
