โ˜•๏ธ Is Caffeine The Enemy? โ˜•๏ธ
Ok, here is a post that's going to ruffle some feathers! Because I know how much alot of you love your coffee โ˜•๏ธ Caffeine isnโ€™t the enemy but too much keeps your nervous system in a constant โ€œonโ€ state and when you're burnt out or suffering anxiety or panic attacks, your tolerance for caffeine is much lower. Be intentional, not dependent. Too many people can't live without it and thats when you know you are having too much. Try reducing caffeine for one week, just drink half your normal intake. I bet you will sleep deeper, feel less jittery, and notice a calmer baseline after just a few days. What's your relationship like with coffee, energy drinks or caffeine in general?

I would like to say a massive thank you to the 25 community members that have helped get this dream off the ground with me. Since I started this community we have moved from no. 5945 in the self development discovery rankings on Skool and as of right now we are at no. 2278! This is just the beginning for The Thrive Method let's keep the ball rolling in the name of conquering burnout and anxiety and helping those who need it reclaim their health, energy and happiness! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

๐Ÿฅ— Nutrition Is A Secret Weapon Against Burnout & Anxiety ๐Ÿฅฉ
What you eat directly affects how you think, feel, and recover. Processed foods and high-sugar snacks spike your blood sugar, crash your energy, and intensify anxiety. One of the best ways to avoid this? Prep your food for the day. When you bring nutritious, whole foods with you, youโ€™re not at the mercy of convenience or fast-food cravings. You stay fuelled, steady, and clear-headed. Small upgrades in your nutrition and a little prep lead to massive upgrades in how you feel. Hands up who struggles with food prep but knows they should find the time to do it more often? ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

This was 100% me until earlier this year. I started a year long hospital supported weight loss programme. Prepping what I eat and planning what I eat has been a key change and i think theain reason it has been working. Never been much of a planner or cook. Even my 10yo niece loves the smell of my veggie stirfry.
๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ Exercise = Recovery ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฟ
We have heard it all before, do more exercise, get out and be active its good for you! Well the reason we hear this is because it's true! When I was suffering from severe anxiety and burnout it was the discipline to remain consistent in my daily movement that enabled me to get back to functioning like a human again. Exercise is possibly the most powerful natural form of medicine that exists on the planet and in alot of cases it can be free! I would love to know the communities thoughts on this and what is your go to exercise that makes you feel good? โ˜€๏ธ
