Quick question for the group
I’ve been getting a few questions about how I set up certain systems, and I was thinking, would it be helpful if I started sharing short videos instead of just text, showing how some of them work? Stuff like how to get new clients, client follow-ups, or new customer onboarding, just simple, practical breakdowns you could use or tweak for your own business. I've also been seeing more and more people in the real estate space start using these systems, too. What do you think?

Anyone Here Own a Realty or Work Under One?
Quick question for the group, how many of you actually own a realty or work under one? I’ve been testing something on my end to qualify leads faster and automate some of the follow-up. It’s been working well, but I realised it only really makes sense if you’re already dealing with some volume or tied to a real estate business directly. I'm just curious who’s in that space because I’m thinking of sharing the setup if there’s interest. It’s helping me focus on leads that are actually worth following up on. Would love to know if that’s relevant for anyone here. Please let me know in the comments if you’re in real estate or running one👍

How I Stopped Wasting Hours on Outreach (Automation Tip for Wholesalers)
Hey everyone, just wanted to share something that’s been working really well for me lately in case it helps anyone else here. I originally shared this in another group, but the post got taken down (not sure why). I wasn’t pitching anything, just trying to contribute. So I figured I’d post it here too since this community seems more hands-on and helpful. I built a basic outreach automation using Make.com that now saves me hours every week. It’s beginner-friendly, and I set it up for under $10/month. Here’s what it does: - Scrapes lead data from Zillow or preforeclosure directories using Apify - Sends it into Google Sheets so I can stay organized - Cleans names, formats phone numbers, and removes duplicates - Sends cold emails automatically through Instantly - Tracks replies and updates the sheet so I know who to follow up with This has been a huge time-saver for me. I used to do all this manually while wholesaling—now I can focus more on actual deals and convos. Hope it helps someone here who’s in the same boat!

Why we don't need other employees in Real Estate
A lot of people still think you need employees appointment setters to grow your real estate business or close more deals. I used to think that, too… until I switched fully to automated systems. Instead of hiring people to send DMs or book calls, I set up automations with Make.com + Calendly + a voice AI (Synthflow). New leads come in through a form or ad → they’re qualified instantly → then they either get routed to a voice assistant or get a personalised message with a calendar link. No delays. No human bottlenecks. I wake up to 3–5 qualified calls on the calendar without touching a thing. Follow-ups? Handled with smart workflows. Missed calls? Automated text replies. No-shows? Trigger an email + SMS reminder sequence. Appointment setters are great, but they don’t scale like systems. They get sick. They forget to follow up. They cost $$$. Meanwhile, automation runs 24/7 and gets sharper every week as I tweak the workflows. If you’re still manually chasing leads or paying someone else to do it, you’re leaving time (and money) on the table. Build the system once, and let it work for you. I am just stating my opinion and personal experience. Let me know if you want me to help you out with setting these automations up!

My outreach problem
Hey everyone—I've been struggling with outreach, and I know a lot of people here have been too. I spent some time automating the process last week, and here’s a simple way I solved it using Make.com: Scrape leads using Apify to extract relevant contact data. Store the data in Google Sheets to keep everything organized. Filter and process the leads with a Tools module (e.g., set variables, format data). Send outreach messages via instantly using an API call. Update the Google Sheet with outreach statuses to track progress. If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps! 🙏
