Anyone Here Own a Realty or Work Under One?

Quick question for the group, how many of you actually own a realty or work under one?

I’ve been testing something on my end to qualify leads faster and automate some of the follow-up. It’s been working well, but I realised it only really makes sense if you’re already dealing with some volume or tied to a real estate business directly.

I'm just curious who’s in that space because I’m thinking of sharing the setup if there’s interest. It’s helping me focus on leads that are actually worth following up on.
