Hey everyone—I've been struggling with outreach, and I know a lot of people here have been too.

I spent some time automating the process last week, and here’s a simple way I solved it using Make.com:

Scrape leads using Apify to extract relevant contact data.

Store the data in Google Sheets to keep everything organized.

Filter and process the leads with a Tools module (e.g., set variables, format data).

Send outreach messages via instantly using an API call.

Update the Google Sheet with outreach statuses to track progress.
