@Nate Herk would you use one of the frameworks to approach this challenge that I described here? https://www.skool.com/ai-automation-society/best-approach-for-managing-multiple-google-accounts-in-calendar-email-agents?p=4d9b29cb

@Nate Herk Okey, so basically what I did is probably NOT the most efficient way of routing inside an email agent. But for now it works. Details: after the Ultimate Agent decides to use the emailAgent, I have a labeling tool structuring the user prompt to 4 categories (personal mailbox, mailbox 1, mailbox 2, mailbox 3) based on the prompt. Then there's just a copy of agent responsible for creation / drafting / getting the email, etc. No idea how to do it in more efficient way. Also, this approach probably isn't suitable for calendarAgent, especially if sometimes I want to fetch all calendar events from 4 different accounts. Any tips?

Best Approach for Managing Multiple Google Accounts in Calendar & Email Agents
Hey everyone, n8n newbie here. I’m working on setting up an automation in n8n using multiple Google accounts and would love to hear your suggestions on the best approach. Here’s my setup and what I’m trying to achieve: - I have 4 different Google accounts, each with its own calendar and email. - I want to create a Calendar Agent that can pull events from all four calendars. - I also need a Mail Agent that knows which account to use when for example sending an email. Challenges: 1. Looping through all accounts - what’s the best way to structure a loop that asks each calendar for today’s s events? 2. Dynamic email selection - How can I ensure the agent knows which Google account to use when creating and sending an email? 3. Efficient workflow structure - What would an optimal workflow look like to handle both calendar queries and email sending dynamically? I’d appreciate any insights or examples from those who have tackled a similar setup! Thanks in advance!

Mind that I’m currently trying to learn n8n using Ultimate Agent approach, so I’m calling my calendaragent from another agent. One of my initial ideas to approach this challenge was something like this (kind of another tool for calendaragent, parallel getEvents from 4 calendars, then combining and maybe using agent or simple llm chain (but maybe I should just pass the output of the merge action to the Ultimate Agent)? I’m sure that’s not the most efficient approach, hence the question.
