We had a great call today, an active listening practice session. The recording is available if you missed it and want to listen to it. We dove deep into listening tools, and talked about the use of silence when listening to someone. Maybe today’s participants will feel inspired to tell you about their experience here 😊

At the end of a long day, we each have our own way of returning to ourselves. I’d love to hear yours… What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day?

Listening: - To gather the puzzle pieces together to "understand" what the other person is telling me. - To focus in and get a clearer view of the other person's movie. - We are learning a new skill, like learning to swim (But for the hotline volunteers is like being thrown in the ocean in the middle of a storm and be told: learn). You won’t see Conscious World Companion anymore — we’re now called The New Relationship Paradigm. Nothing changes for you: - all the content is in the same place - your access stays the same - only the name and the logo are different I simply found a name that reflects much more accurately what we’re doing here: listening, communicating differently, healing old patterns, and building a new way of relating that actually works. Last week, one of our members (Kosta) reached Level 5 (155 points) — something that usually takes time in a small community like ours. And now… two more have joined him. Not in a week. Not in two.
