Images from today's call
Listening:
- To gather the puzzle pieces together to "understand" what the other person is telling me.
- To focus in and get a clearer view of the other person's movie.
- We are learning a new skill, like learning to swim (But for the hotline volunteers is like being thrown in the ocean in the middle of a storm and be told: learn). Here is different, we have a guide and a journey we are following.
