It’s because their routine collapses the moment life gets busy. Let me walk you through how I actually look at this with clients. People think they’re stuck because they lack willpower. That’s rarely the case. When we zoom out, it usually comes down to one of four things. 1. First is sleep. If you’re sleeping late or waking up tired, cravings automatically go up and everything gets harder. 2. Second is protein. If most of your meals look like chai, roti, and whatever’s available, you’re going to feel hungry all day. That constant urge to snack isn't a lack of control. It’s what happens when meals don’t anchor you. 3. Third is inconsistent meals. Skipping meals leads to energy crashes, which leads to overeating later. 4. And the fourth one is the big one for professionals. Sitting all day. A desk job means very little daily movement, even if you work out sometimes. That low baseline movement quietly affects energy, appetite, and progress. Ramzan is coming, which means sleep and meal timing will shift for everyone. This is why we don’t wait for the month to start to get disciplined. We build the system before it starts. Hey.... السلام علیکم۔۔۔۔۔۔ کچھ روز سے مصروفیت زیادہ تھی۔۔۔۔۔ اسی لیے پوسٹ کر ہی نہیں پائی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ Work out nd walk ❌️ لیکن کھانے کا میں خیال رکھینگ۔۔۔۔۔

Water ✅️ Stretching ❌️ Walk ❌️ Pre brakfast 1 boiled egg nd 1 cup of green tea. Lunch: salad Snack: meethi sawaiyan. Dinner: roti+salan.

@Irsa Saeed ایسا بھی نہیں ہے کہ بالکل نہیں کھاتی جب بھوک لگتی ہے تو کھا بھی لیتی ہوں۔۔۔۔۔ ورنہ یارا دو بچوں کی اماں ہوں جو وہ بچاتے وہ میرے پیٹ میں جاتا ہے 😆😆😆😆😆 اسی لیے صحیح جا رہا ہے۔۔۔۔ ایک مہینے میں تقریبا 5 کلو کم ہوا ہے۔۔۔۔۔ اب دو مہینے ہونے والے ہیں ایک ہفتے بعد دیکھوں گی کہ کیا پراگرس ہے۔۔۔۔۔کم نہیں ہے میرا کھانا پینا بس ایک روٹین میں نہیں ہے اب بیٹی نے روٹی بچائی ہے آدھی سے کم ہوتی ہے وہ نوالے ضائع نا کیے کھا لیے۔۔۔۔ اسی طرح چلتا رہتا ہے

Pre breakfast: 1 glass luke warm water. 1 cup green tea. Break fast: 2 boiled eggs. Lunch: salad raita+ roti. Dinner: Dal chawal. Water ✅️ Stretching + exercise ✅️ Walk. ❌️😭🥶
