Birthday Surprise
I’m not one that likes my photo being taken. But here I am, in total shock and surprise at a Mexican restaurant with my kiddo and his fiancé. My birthday was last month and he wanted to surprise me and he did! I’m down 52 lbs and counting!

Happy Belated Birthday 🎉
My 1st Cycle of Epithalon Research
I just finished a 30 day cycle of Epithalon (1 vial), I took 2mgs daily in the PM. I wanted to research this peptide for improving my circadian rhythm/sleep and for longevity/healthy aging + healthy cells. I would pin in the back of my arm alternating each night, I did try the stomach twice and preferred the arm on this one and I tried to make sure I took it the same time every night. The biggest difference is I'm sleeping better, deeper sleep and staying asleep without waking up at all in the middle of the night and waking up more refreshed. My cycle changed to a week earlier than usual but it could have been other things factoring in but this was the only change I had made so it could have been this peptide. Epithalon is recommended 3 times a year so I will do it again in 3 months or so. I wanted to share my experience here if anyone has been wondering about this peptide. Has anyone else tried it?

Guilt FREE bread! Yes you read that right.
There's a version of me that never thought I'd say the words "I'm eating bread again." I built a life around cutting grains and alternative flours out completely....not as a diet trend, but as a return to what my body actually needed. Meat. Eggs. Simplicity. The things that don't ask my system to fight for peace. So when Hero Bread crossed my path, I was skeptical. Bread has always been the thing I walked away from (quickly), not toward. But this one is different. Hero makes bread, buns, and tortillas built around one idea..... real bread, without the net carbs. Their Classic White has 0g net carbs and 5g protein a slice, and the Seeded loaf brings that up to 6g protein with a heartier bite. High protein, low carb, and....the part that actually surprised me....it tastes like real bread. Not a sad substitute. Something you'd genuinely reach for. Think... bagels (19 g protein) and lox with a schmeer, tuna melts, and even grilled cheese....yum! You can find it at Sprouts, Wholefoods, or straight from hero.com if you want the full lineup. It's not about bread bringing me back. It's about permission..... the reminder that healing doesn't have to mean deprivation forever. It can mean finding the version of a thing that finally aligns with who you're becoming. I'm not telling you to eat it every day or even at all. I'm telling you that sometimes the world does surprise you with something that fits, when you've stopped expecting it to. Stay open. Even your "nevers" get to evolve. #recoveredcarbaddict

BPC-157
So i seem to be waiting about 4 weeks before I add on new peptides but decided I needed to finally start BPC-157 because I was having some knee issues in my left knee which I have battled with the last 6 years. Last year it was so bad I though I was going to have to have surgery but didn't. I have been doing knee injections pretty regularly from 3-6 months but for the last year have only been able to wait the mandatory 3 months. During the summer my knee was horribly inflamed while I travels for work and went to camp for church. I was basically biding my time until I could get my next injections in July. Got it and have been great until the last week of August and have been struggling since. Last week I had a serious chat with Bob and we decided it was time to start and can I tell you I felt a difference the next day. Morning are usually rough because I am stiff and can't move as well from being in bed for the night. The first morning I woke with a pain scale of 2...amazing. It could have been a fluke but for the last 6 days I have had a max pain scale of 2 in the morning for when I get up. I was feeling so good I kind of overdid it the first day and had a pain scale of 7 which is where it has been consistently for 2 weeks if not higher. Now, the best part is that since that day I also havent had any daytime pain higher than a 5. I am so excited. I just can't wait to see what else this does over the next few weeks. I just had to share!
