Fatigue
Hi everyone!! I’ve really been struggling with the fatigue that comes along with coeliac, usually having to have 2 hour naps every day, struggling to wake up, and to stay awake when I go out. Some days it’s more severe than other days, and I’m currently going through quite an intense patch (just woke up from a 3 hour nap where I was meant to be working….) and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to boost energy levels! (Not coffee, my stomach HATES coffee 😣)

Hi! I experience this too, after back and forth my b12 and folic acid levels were low. It’s been 1 year now and my energy levels are amazing! I’m able to go to work and train most nights- I’ve managed to stop napping 99% of the time. I can definitely feel a difference xx
Introduction, any pointers for getting rid of bloating and excess burping?
Hi ladies, I am pretty new here and to celiac. Got diagnosed last september. I was mis-diagnosed with IBS from 2020. On and off I have been on gluten free diet from 2020 as part of low FODMAP and now completely gluten free from September. My gut lining is flat on endoscopy. have nutrition deficiencies which get corrected with iron infusion and supplements. I still have very prominent and harrassing bloating and burping throughout the day and night. is this common at all ? poop cycles are normal but gas formation doesnt leave me while i want to heal and atleast go back to some work life too. this gas problem also isolates me from socials. and I know no one who has celiac or even remotely similar disease. Please help out. I am not able to understand when and how gas formation will stop and healing would happen!

Hi! I don’t take anything to help me with this. But, I’ve noticed that finishing eating earlier in the day, slowing my eating & finishing with a peppermint tea has made a difference 🩷
collagen supplements?
hey everyone! i’ve been diagnosed coeliac for about 5 years and still trying to pinpoint why my stomach is so messed up. i’ve been googling about how to repair my gut and there’s a lot about collagen helping to heal gut damage but it’s overloading my brain a bit haha! has anyone used collagen to help their gut? if so, which ones would you recommend? Hi, I feel like where collagen is so trendy atm it’s so hard to find something genuine. So I competely agree with you, gut health wise I have heard a lot of good things about Free Soul! 🩷
b12
Hey girls! I was wondering if anyone has had b12 injections before? I have just recently started getting injections, and while I haven’t felt any effects yet, I have only had a few, and I am hoping after some time it will make a difference with my fatigue (probably one of my worst symptoms!) I was speaking to another coeliac and she said it helped her massively. Is this something anyone knows about or has heard good things? Thanks 💛

Hello! I have my injections every 12 weeks. I can definitely notice a difference and I can 100% tell when I’m near my next appointment as my body literally seems to go crazy! I am able to have energy to train after work & have a better quality of life now that I have mine 🩷
Work tips for flare ups
I recently had a really bad flare up at work due to checking bags as a security officer at work and got glutenized. Does anyone have any tips that may help keep it a little tolerable to make it through? Im only allowed 24 hrs of sick time at work and had to use it for a eye injury 😔

I take digestive enzymes and always have an emergency peppermint tea. I also really struggle with fatigue so always make sure to have some electrolytes on me. My fav are from Liquid IV the passion fruit flavour as they taste more like a juice than anything else🙌
