b12
Hey girls! I was wondering if anyone has had b12 injections before? I have just recently started getting injections, and while I haven’t felt any effects yet, I have only had a few, and I am hoping after some time it will make a difference with my fatigue (probably one of my worst symptoms!) I was speaking to another coeliac and she said it helped her massively. Is this something anyone knows about or has heard good things? Thanks 💛

Pizza express
When I first got diagnosed, pizza express was my saving grace. Went there a few times and it was fine. First time I got it for takeaway I got glutened quite badly, but I assumed it was just because I don’t call them to clarify. I (stupidly) got a takeaway there a second time, calling in advance that I was a coeliac and they assured me that everything would be separated and safe for me, and still got glutened!! I’ve lost all hope in them, even though they’re accredited by coeliac uk, and was wondering if maybe I’ve jus been really unlucky with my local chain, or it’s just a pizza express problem. Thoughts?

Hey! I’m so sorry to hear this, such an awful feeling when you trusted them! I’ve also had a similar experience with pizza express, I always liked it post diagnosis and thought it was safe and one time was badly glutened and unfortunately not been back as I've lost trust :( I had ordered takeaway before from them and been fine with a phone call and getting reassured about attempts for zero cross contamination, the time I got glutened was in person interestingly. Hope this helps and you are recovering!
GF in Paris!
hey! I am going to Paris for my 24th Birthday in April. I have seen a gluten free bakery called Copains which I am DYING to try. I am there for 4days and kind of dreading finding safe places to eat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or tips on how to find places!🧡

Hey everyone! I’m Sophie and got diagnosed almost three years ago, I’m 19 now. I am a full-time student in Edinburgh and just moved out of home recently into a flat with my friends (who are very understanding!) I still find myself struggling with symptoms such as fatigue especially. I have been glutened a few times recently and this has had an effect on my confidence, and physical/mental symptoms. I’m really glad to now be apart of this space, as I’m looking for a community of coeliac women and I wish to improve my general health and wellbeing :)
