hey everyone! i’ve been diagnosed coeliac for about 5 years and still trying to pinpoint why my stomach is so messed up. i’ve been googling about how to repair my gut and there’s a lot about collagen helping to heal gut damage but it’s overloading my brain a bit haha! has anyone used collagen to help their gut? if so, which ones would you recommend?
