I think if you scrape the data from propstream using APi access would be a good way to do but be carefull whenever you are creating the workflow that there is specifc time to run on and there is a loop in the markets which you are looking for otherwise propstream will spam and i think ban your account if you do a lot . I have done the same thing for distressed leads but that was very specific data extraction .
