I start today.
I have been floundering for far too long and last night I was challenged to identify something for a brother to hold me accountable for. For me, the list has always been too complex to be SMART. So I prayed and decided to make it something simple and basic I’ve been avoiding for far too long. A simple 15 minute workout in the morning before prayer. I’m one day in and need to be held accountable here on out until it’s a habit.

Back and triceps today. Started new split with legs twice a week (neglected for years, which has led to on and off back and hip pain).

Shoulder keeps giving you trouble, be worthwhile to see an ortho doc. Super common to be some inflammation around your rotator cuff. That can lead to impingement syndrome. Can become a cycle of pain, that causes swelling in subacromial bursa, that leads to more pain with movement that leads to more impingement. Nsaid, possible corticosteroid injection, specific rotator cuff strengthening and stability exercise, may get ya back to normal .

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”” ‭‭Joshua‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ ‭NIV‬‬ My name is Kevin Yekaitis. I live in Hernando, MS. It is an honor to be part of a group of men whose purpose is to grow in our faith and expand the Kingdom. My current life is a blur of running kids to volleyball, gymnastics, play, and art classes! I have been married to my wife for 18 years and have 3 wonderful daughters ages 14,12, and 8. Honestly, these next few years of teenage life will test me. This season of life has been difficult to grow in my walk with Christ. Challenge accepted! I pray the Lord puts someone in my path everyday, so that I may share my faith, struggles, and testimony.
