Every day - 1 mile walk Every day - weight lifting workout. Week 1 - Read 1 Psalm every day Day 1 - 100 body weight squat Day 2 - extra 1/2 mile walk (1.5 Miles total) Day 3 - extra 100 Abs - *(crunches, bicycles, etc..) Day 4 - 3 sets - 1 minute wall sits Day 5 - Extra 1/.2 Mile walk (1.5 Miles total) Day 6 - Extra 100 Abs Day 7 - Extra 50 side raises + 50 front raises (each arm does 50 of each movement) Week 2 Read 1 Psalm every day Day 1 - extra 50 lunges each leg Day 2 - extra 3/4 mile walk (1.75 miles total) Day 3 - extra 120 Abs - *(crunches, bicycles, etc..) Day 4 - 3 sets - 90 second wall sits Day 5 - Extra 3/4 Mile walk (1.75 Miles total) Day 6 - Extra 120 abs Day 7 - Extra 60 side raises + 60 front raises (each arm does 60 of each movement) Week 3 - Read 1 Psalm every day Day 1 - extra 120 body weight squats Day 2 - extra 1 mile walk (2 miles total) Day 3 - extra 150 Abs - *(crunches, bicycles, etc..)
