Lord I pray for you to be with Andrew and his daughter Oakley as he faces evil head on in the coming days, weeks, months and years. I pray that Andrew knows you are with him and finds the strength, wisdom and courage to do what is necessary to protect his daughter and himself from Satan. Amen

I have been floundering for far too long and last night I was challenged to identify something for a brother to hold me accountable for. For me, the list has always been too complex to be SMART. So I prayed and decided to make it something simple and basic I’ve been avoiding for far too long. A simple 15 minute workout in the morning before prayer. I’m one day in and need to be held accountable here on out until it’s a habit.
