Ending my daily journals
Brothers, our brotherhood has become too quiet for too long and I have become busy so I am ending posting my journals here. I will continue posting them in my men's and other communities. I hope we become active again and it does not archive. @Cameron Staples this is an excellent men's community and I have gained tremendously from you and our brothers. Let us know the future of our brotherhood.๐Ÿค๐Ÿป I will remain active and post questions.

@Cameron Staples I understand as I have my men's community to help younger men become better men working together. I will be as active as I can here and will try to keep the community going without my journals, which I have stopped posting in many communities and may just reduce to my own. You community is excellent and I wish it was more active too. The past 2 weeks I have been overwhelmed with too many guys asking for help so I have stepped back and only helping those I can, not everyone as it has stressed me out.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ฃ Morning routine, 3 sets of 20 pushups upon waking. โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿšฟ Cold shower โœ”๏ธ โœ๏ธ Journal for 10 minutes โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ“– Read / study for 30+ minutes (I increased the minimum time by 10 minutes)โœ”๏ธ ๐ŸŒฒ Spend 20+ minutes outdoors โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ“š Deep work โœ”๏ธ ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ’ป No procrastinating โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿฅ™ Eat healthy and mostly whole foods โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿฒ Calorie Goal (~2000 calories each day) โŒ I went over about 250 calories. ๐Ÿฅฉ Protein Goal (150gms) โœ”๏ธ I achieved close to my protein goal today. ๐Ÿซ– Drink 2 Liters (~.5 gal) of water โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป Workout: Pull: Back, Biceps, Walking Core Single arm kettlebell 18kg (39.2lb) x 0.762km (2500') โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿซ‚ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ฑ Screens off by 21:30 (9:30pm) โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ›Œ In bed by 22:00 (10:00pm) โœ”๏ธ ๐ŸŒƒ Evening routine โœ”๏ธ I am already feeling much better since I started taking the antibiotics but I did not sleep well. I have put Hard Times Create Strong Men by Stefan Aarnio aside for a few days and reading $100M Money Models: How to Make Money by Alex Hormozi which I received free from joining our brother @Arda Halibryam community Kovert, https://www.skool.com/fancy-landing-page-name-4238. I hope some of you consider joining. I have had this book over 1 month now and see it everyday on my desk. I have to read this and it is an excellent book. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ฃ Morning routine, 3 sets of 20 pushups upon waking but I skipped meditation today as it was raining and cold. โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿšฟ Cold shower โœ”๏ธ โœ๏ธ Journal for 10 minutes โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ“– Read / study for 30+ minutes (I increased the minimum time by 10 minutes)โœ”๏ธ ๐ŸŒฒ Spend 20+ minutes outdoors โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ“š Deep work โœ”๏ธ ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ’ป No procrastinating โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿฅ™ Eat healthy and mostly whole foods โœ”๏ธ ๐Ÿฒ Calorie Goal (~2000 calories each day) โŒ I went over calories but not as much as Cronometer suggests. I was told it is viral and not too serious as I was already improving. The drawback to the appointment was the 273km (170mi) trip to and from to my doctor. I still have the same doctor since 2011 and do not plan to change until I am living much further away. Also, on my return trip home, I spoke with a industry supervisor from work about career options and he suggested I seek a position in Gas Operations Management, not just a supervisor's position. I am considering this and also considering working in the energy sector. He also suggested I change my diet to the Paleo diet and stop counting calories. He said this will work better for me.
