My doctor appointment went well and I was prescribed an antibiotic and should be fine before Monday. I was told it is viral and not too serious as I was already improving. The drawback to the appointment was the 273km (170mi) trip to and from to my doctor. I still have the same doctor since 2011 and do not plan to change until I am living much further away.
Also, on my return trip home, I spoke with a industry supervisor from work about career options and he suggested I seek a position in Gas Operations Management, not just a supervisor's position. I am considering this and also considering working in the energy sector. He also suggested I change my diet to the Paleo diet and stop counting calories. He said this will work better for me.
I have put Hard Times Create Strong Men by Stefan Aarnio aside for a few days and reading $100M Money Models: How to Make Money by Alex Hormozi which I received free from joining our brother
