Looks like an account on my report is going to be deleted finally, Moneylion. I sent my dispute letter and nothing changed, it came back reporting accurate, so I filed a complaint with cfpb. The other collections and charge offs are fairly newer so it may take some time with them bc they are saying the information is accurate on the response I've gotten back so far. Even the cfpb complaint response from a debt collection company responded and said everything is accurate pretty much.

I sent a validation letter off to Calvary Portfolio the tracking shows it was delivered to address August 12th, 2024. I just finished watching the training for that part in the classroom. I've been using information here and from other tools I've learned combined since it's pretty similar teaching using the laws. My question is, would I need to resend a validation letter if I only sent the letter with a notary attached? I forgot to attach the two forms of identification, it was mailed certified as well.

Transunion has by far been the most difficult CRA to remove stuff from my report. I removed all old names and addresses, I've pointed out errors, quoted laws, used cfpb, they won't take off anything. Just keeps coming back Verified and Updated 😡 Anyone had any luck with them? And if so, what tactics worked for you?
