Debt Collector
I sent a validation letter off to Calvary Portfolio the tracking shows it was delivered to address August 12th, 2024. I just finished watching the training for that part in the classroom. I've been using information here and from other tools I've learned combined since it's pretty similar teaching using the laws.
My question is, would I need to resend a validation letter if I only sent the letter with a notary attached? I forgot to attach the two forms of identification, it was mailed certified as well.
