Not sure this is an option and of course don’t want to distract from current updates and working towards the existing issues at hand. BUT Is there a way to lock Assistants in Assistable at the Workspace level. USE CASE: We have a mix of clients so like to have mor control and test their own hand at building BUT we have taking time on creating our own unique prompts and tools. We do provide these to clients that pay for “Pre-Built” assistants. What I don’t want to happen is copying, users screwing with the prompts, or just in general don’t want them to be able to make changes to it. Is this Available now. If so, am i missing something. Or is this a future feature request. Like “Admin Lock on Assistant ID”

has anyone else had issue with the system not using your openai credentials? been chatting with support, changed keys and still no luck. Trying to see if anyone else has had to go through this and what worked for you? Thanks

Couple of questions for the group 1) Is there a tutorial on how to setup an orb that can call or prospects can call into. Saw this from one of the members. 2) is it possible to share an assistant but hide the prompt so users get to use the agent but you keep the prompting proprietary?

How are you guys setting up call summary emails from the ai to be automatically sent. I am trying to act as quality assurance and make sure a new ai I set up is having quality conversations. Thank you
