-What is the best and easiest way at locating buyers? -What questions do I ask to ensure they aren’t another daisy chaining wholesaler? -What type of rapport or contract can I have to protect myself from getting backdoored and our deals taken from us? I’ve been at this for almost 2 years and still haven’t closed our first deal. I’m in need of a deal very soon or I could be in foreclosure myself.
