Ads, Rights, and Development
To whoever reads this, hopefullt everyone. I'm in a developer's dilema. I got this idea, and carried it through, to build a catalogue/multitool for AI users and enthusiasts. Right now, I've completed the app, and was in the process of reviewing monetization. However, what I found was that it may actually be unacceptable to monetize such an idea; given I provide the additional functional of web access within the app for all sites listed. I haven't changed the appearance of any of the sites in any way. My app basically acts like a specialized web browser made purely for the AI tools listed in it, currently 100+ tools. This is actually the area that confuses me; given that all I do is list a link and provide a webview for accessing and viewing the sites, authentication handling is left to the sites as in any browser, I have no tools or capabilities in the app to affect traffic or the data sent or received; I have no interest in anything more than proving users with a list of available tools for chat, image, video, and voice. As an example, the image list has up to forty tools to choose from, and any can be accessed from the app's webview. Links are prepacked with the app. Are there any rules I'm violating? I hope to release the 'multitool' within the week, and I need to ensure I'm not infringing on any legal guidelined on ownership in this process. Anyone with expertise on the matter, or just an opinion?
