🚧 Under Construction : IMPORTANT updates🚧
Big things are happening behind the scenes… Our entire community + classroom is undergoing a major rebuild, and starting January this space will go quiet and no longer be active. ✅ Comment “ME” below if you want to stay in the know + not get kicked out. But—what’s coming next? Let’s just say… it’s something mothers have never had access to before. Something wildly supportive, hands-on, yet still 100% virtual. Something intentional to heal the whole mother. Something designed to help you heal your pelvic floor + core, rebuild your strength, and step into your Strong Mom Era…for less than $1/day. (CRAZY, I know) I’m not spilling details yet (on purpose). But if you’re a mother who wants… ✨ A stronger pelvic floor & core ✨ Birth prep that actually prepares your body and reduced injury/tearing at birth ✨ Postpartum rehab that reverses leaks, prolapse, back pain, pain with intimacy, or diastasis ✨ A holistic approach that supports mind–body–soul of the women + mother ✨ Free workshops, live Q&A calls, somatic healing, and a sisterhood that “gets it”… Then you’re going to want to be the first to know what’s coming. ✅ Comment “ME” below to stay connected and get early access before we open the doors. Only those who raise their hand now will get early access, behind-the-scenes updates, lower price point, and be able to even earn income for the holidays (just saying) The next evolution of this community is coming…and it’s built for mothers who are ready to rise, with us.

💛 Strong as a Mother – An Appreciation Post for YOU 💛
Happy Mother’s Day to every incredible mom in this space. Whether you're knee-deep in diapers or it's been years since you felt like yourself, this is your reminder: you are so much more than a title. You’re the glue. The backbone. The entire infrastructure. You’ve carried babies, held bladders, managed meltdowns (your kids’ and your own), and tried to heal in a body that’s been through it all. And somewhere in there, you probably heard “Just do some Kegels” and thought... why isn't this enough to fix me? But you’re still here. Showing up. Healing. Rebuilding your strength from the inside out, one core breath, one pelvic floor exercise at a time. And whether you’re just starting this journey, or months (or even years) in, let me say this loud and clear: You are not broken. You are rebuilding. And that kind of work takes grit most people don’t see. But the mother's in this group... we see you. So in honor of this day, let’s celebrate that! Forget the pressure to bounce back. Forget the filtered highlight reels from social media. Today we’re celebrating the invisible work, the quiet victories, and the strength that doesn’t make it to the public eye. 👇Tell us below: 👇 What’s one thing your body has done that you’re proud of, even if no one else has recognized it? Maybe you sneezed without leaking. Maybe you said no to something so you could rest and recharge. Maybe you made it through the day without wanting to hit someone who said, “You look tired today.” Whatever it is, we want to hear it. You deserve to be seen. You deserve to be celebrated. We’re proud of you — today and every day. 💛

🚨If You’re Not Following a CLEAR blueprint for your pelvic floor and core healing, You’re Working 10X Harder
Your body, pelvic floor and core doesn't hate you. And NO it's not "trashed" or "too far gone"...it just needs CLEAR + CUSTOMIZED PLAN to give you the easy button without you even having to leave your home. If you’re still relying on being your own rehab professional and trying to solve your leakage, pain, prolapse, and birth prep/early PP recovery on your own..."just waiting to see if it gets better", you’re working 10X harder than you need to. Not to mention the additional mental load of carrying that task -- us moms don't need MORE on our plate, am I right?! There is a clear reason most pregnant and postpartum moms aren’t making consistent progress with overcoming their leakage, back pain, pain with intimacy, prolapse/pelvic heaviness, and core and pelvic floor strength... It’s because not enough moms know exactly how to heal their pelvic floor and core in the most optimal and comprehensive way --- the pelvic floor is COMPLEX ya'll! Having a pelvic floor therapist and pre/postnatal strength training expert by your side doesn't just save you time—it also SAVES YOU MONEY, ENERGY, BANDWIDTH, EMOTIONAL/MENTAL support so you can jump STRAIGHT to healing and seeing reversal of your symptoms in just 3-6 months. Inside our 1-1 Program, Pelvic Floor Restore, we’re not just slapping you with the same set of exercises everyone else is doing.... cookie-cutter style. Your body , concerns, goals are DIFFERENT than the moms next to you -- so you should not be doing the same plan. We’re teaching you exactly WHY and WHAT the root cause of the problem is, helping you feel empowered and educated about your body, and personalizing a 1-1 custom training + education plan just for you that only takes 3x a week <30 min . Yes, you can MAKE the time for that. 🔥 For a limited time, we are opening up our coaching roasters for 5 more moms to join us before March 15th to kickstart pelvic floor and core healing! 🔥 The exact proven 4-phase pelvic floor restore method we used to help over 600+ mothers, 100% virtually, with expert guidance, support, accountability, and most importantly RESULTS is the same you method will have access to if you decide to join us.

Hi! I just joined the group and I'm really excited I found this community! I'm 5 months pp and I'm just wondering if I've left it too late? I had a vaginal birth but I didn't tear and tbh I thought that meant I didn't need to do any type of recovery. But I'm trying to get back into running and working out and things are painful/uncomfortable. I'm seeing a lot of the classes seem to be focused on pp a lot sooner after birth. Did anyone else jump in at a later point in pp? Thank you!!
