WARNING!! Suspected bots
LETS WORK TOGETHER TO KEEP THIS COMMUNITY SAFE AND SPAM FREE
“1st century financial services LLC” is rather ubiquitous on the Skool platform. As far as I can tell, they are not real. It has been a registered LLC at times but that does not mean they are a qualified lender. If anyone has any experience with them please share in the comments.
I have seen many different profiles (which just means a different name and photo) posting the exact same offer over and over.
It will be the exact same ad and never any other contributions.
They will be a member of many communities but they are all free real estate groups.
They all use the exact same landing page which has an address with no live link.
